Somebody told me once that you shouldn't be able to chew gum without biting the insides of your cheeks while wearing your helmet . In other words a snug helmet.

Dan...that's only after a Botox injection.

As far as riding apparel not fitting after a season off, I've come up with a remedy. Just put that tight fitting stuff on and get on your exercise bike and pedal until it fits...or at least until you can breathe.

And I thought only my clothes were shrinking. LOL good stuff. I got a little adjustment in the Velcro on my Fieldsheer jacket.

Truthfully, you guys haven't seen a wardrobe malfunction like this poor dude had in camp awhile back at our riding spot.

And the second fellow in the snow was definitely having a bad wardrobe day. (and neither of those poor souls is me...LOL!)

What kind of detergent do you wash your jacket in? The missus has been buying cheap stuff here lately and it seems to be shrinking all my clothes. She says it's the same detergent she's been using for years. But I'm no dumb-***. I'll find out one of these days............

For that much, may as well start on Jenny Craig! Horrible thought!

Today I ordered a new Tour Master jacket that's bigger. $180 shipped to the door. Hopefully it lasts 10 years like the last one. Hell, I wore that last one almost every day for 6 months out of the year for 10 years. It's old and a little ratty looking but it's still fine.

Feral Donkey, what size is the old jacket and what are you going to do with it?

I see where you're going here. Maybe we need a wardrobe flea-market / hand-me-down event each spring .
