A push button would be nice. I have one on my ultra classic. Harley converted turn key to a push button.

its a safety thing.... one time someone put sugar in my moms gas tank, it was a harley, a on off road one. She had to wait 3 weeks for the carb needle from italy.

Most of the mods, free or otherwise, that we do to the klx are safety or EPA related. The later being punishable by fine and/or prison. Removing the kickstand interlock is safety.....removing the air purge system is a EPA violation period, although not enforced.

Yeah, really. My dad got his bike inspected with full knobbies LOL. Long as you got a mirror and blinkers and a plate (and lights) the most you'll have happen around here is a forest ranger or a bored cop will chase you down to check your licence for the MC endorsement.

there was a ranger over in NJ on the northeast ride, he checked that everyones tires had DOT on them, and a few didnt, had to go swap tires... Most cops dont care, ive been pulled over 5 times on the klx, and not one has even looked for the inspection sticker.
