I dont want to blame IMS tank but...

I highly recommend Renazco Racing, but it's about a 6-month wait to have them do your seat. I had them do my Husky seat. I tried the Sargeant seat on my KLX, but it didn't work for me. I am not the average KLX rider at 5'4" and 105lbs. though. The wide part of the seat was too far back for me, but it worked well for my husband who's 5'8" and 145lbs. If you're at least as big as him, I would recommend Sargeant. People seem to either love or hate the Corbins. I may end up going with XPC Racing. They're a copy of Renazco, but without the long wait, and their price is slightly less.

I know it is hard to believe but it is actually illegal to ride on the road while standing in WA. Folks have gotten tickets for it and lost in court. Been a couple of threads about it over on adv.

That is horse pucky! I'm glad that's not the case here in MN...at least that I'm aware of. And I've been seen riding standing up by law enforcement lots of times. I ride standing much of the time, except for highway speeds, which I find ergonomically uncomfortable and the bike finds horsepower consuming.

Seat Concepts is always an option too. There are a few threads on here about it. I was going to go the Renazco route too, until I found out how long the wait was and that I'd have to send them my seat pan. I have no complaints about the seatconcepts one so far. It certainly isn't as fancy as a Corbin or Renazco, but it is light years beyond the stock seat. For those who don't know, you just buy the foam and cover from them and it is a DIY install. It fit like a glove and was dead easy to install. $159.
