Default I blew my fork seals!!

So I went riding this morning in Riverside on some trails and when I got home I noticed that my front wheel and forks were abnormally wet. Apparently my seals blew while I was riding out there. Does warranty cover this? Please tell me the warranty covers this. lol

Here's a pic of the leaky fork...

I guess now I have a good reason to upgrade the suspension on this bike.

... and at least I had some broken handguard fun! The stock handguards are really weak. I dumped it in a pool of mud and it broke off. Mud isn't that hard - is it? lol

BP88,
Do you ride from Westminster to Roubidoux or do you trailer the bike a little closer?

Bummer about the seals. "Other than that Mrs Lincoln how did you like the play"

I rode all the way from Westminster to Roubidoux, rode for a few hours, then rode back to Westminster. Pretty extreme, eh? lol :P

Other than the seals, it was definitely a fun day!

Looks like you may have got some dirt into the seal.

If the dealer doesn't cover it, rinse off the forks real good then try getting something about the thickness and same material of a tear-off or film negative. Slide that up into the fork and try to dislodge any dirt particles from the seal. It works sometimes.

Good luck, and congrat's on the blowout

Thanks for all of the suggestions, but tomorrow im taking the bike to Enzo Racing to have the forks rebuilt, oil replaced, and front and rear Kayaba springs put in. I was thinking of revalving the forks and shock but I don't want to pour a bunch of money into this bike. I still want an exhaust and jet kit!
