130 606 is the widest, not 120.

I'm sure a 130 could be squeezed on with incredible effort, but why run such a wide tire on a 250 dualsport?

there was no incredible effort, nor any mods to make it fit at all. just spoon them on and slide the rim back in. as for why, you got me, it rides like a tw200 with that big of a tire. personally, ive found (atleast for what i ride, mainly desert single track) 120 is the best. 110 gives up some traction in the soft stuff, but drops into ruts better.

Interesting. It was a PITA getting that 120/90 on my rim a year ago.

I'm about to go try out my 110/100 Kenda in a few minutes SOO I'll let you know what I think of it vs. the Dunlop

size depends on the brand? unlike auto tires, sizing seems to be all the place with these dirt tires. Even the manufactures own charts don't seem to be accurate. best to ake inquiry from others that have done it before.

i use to mount auto tires all the time and bike tires are just like cars, all over the place. the thing with auto tires is lets say falken, owned by goodyear so goodyear sizing. theres only about 5-6 auto tire makers (goodyear lets say) and own lower priced (cooper) or high performance brands (falken) unlike bikes, where each tire maker seams to be their own.

punk is right. I work in a Goodyear-owned tire shop during the day.
