How to re-align forks/straighten handlebars?
Just put a fresh set of Renthal bars on and I swear it looks like the bars are out of alignment with the front end now. The old bars had been bent so out of shape that I probably didn't notice anything odd. Question is, aside from subjective eyballing is there a tool to check the alignment?

loosen axle, loosen bolts at axle, loosen triple tree bolts top and bottom. Tighten axle, front axle bolts. Align by riding down the road. Tighten triple tree bolts in that order.
Or find a tree and slam the side of the front wheel into it untill it is pretty straight.

I loosen everything, then I just stand with the wheel between my legs and pull the bars until the wheel is centered on the fender. I wouldn't ride with it all loose, but that's me.
Then follow the wheel mounting procedure to make sure the wheel axle is properly seated.
It's a 10 minute job the first time.
I've done it with a tree on the trail in under 2 minutes, but I was trying not to get dropped on a trail ride.
