Default How much sag?

Interested in everyone's experience in this dept'.
How much loaded sag are you running (in mm please) and what is your total body weight (KG please.)
An indication of the type of terrain you usually ride will help too.
Open ears.

I haven't messed with mine yet but I am going to give it a go soon. It is too cold to go riding now.

Between 90mm-100mm according to the video I saw on youtube by Dirtbike TV.

They even used a KLX250S as the example bike.

+1. I'm 185-190 in regular clothes, so with boots and helmet and CamelBak I'm up there. Pounds that is. I have no idea what my Kevin Garnett mass is.

My sag is stock, I'm thinking of stiffining it up a bit when I change tires and sprockets. When I'm geared up it feels a tad soft, not bad, but I think I'd feel more comfortable if it was stiffer. The suspension works great for the terrain we ride, I don't see bigger springs in my future.

Read this linky...

http://www.planetklx.org/techtips/sag.html

and here too...

http://www.planetklx.org/techtips/dampening.html

I weigh about 84kg and use .44 springs in the front. Stock spring on the rear, for now. I really interested in modding mine like Einfhart did his.

I ride everything from tight, technical single track to WFO dirt roads. Roots, rocks, ruts, sand, and flat track style dirt corners. No Interstate use for my KLX.

Like mentioned in another recent thread, a steering damper would be really nice on the KLX. The Scotts that I have on my XRR makes a big difference in the handling.

Yeah, get that suspension set up right, and she'll be apples!

I weigh 220lbs with gear

I havent adjusted the rear height spring nut thing but the rest are about at 14-16 clicks I believe...I adjusted the front so when I shift at night I dont see my headlight shooting 6 foot in the air do to it being soft..And the driver infront of me doesnt want to jam his brakes cause he hates my light in his mirrors....And for the rear I made it a tad soft so it feels better in the turns....Too stiff felt like the bike was one piece and wouldnt turn...

As for the height.....Im not sure....I like my ride height on my tippy toes....Just feels nicer and bit more visability over most cars.....

Dunno....Sorry....All of this probably doesnt even go with "Sag"

90mm on a 09 model. But with full rear travel (pre 09) you should be more like around 100 mm.
