Default How To Lower The Foot Pegs On KLX250S?

I am sending one link where you can buy Footpegs for KLX250S. It will definitely help you to sort out your problem.

Nice pic but please share the link in this thread so everyone benefits. Or if this is generic footpeg spam can a mod please delete the quoted post?

Did you miss that the word "footpegs" was highlighted - it is the link - or was it that the pegs were not for the KLX. I did so a bit more digging and the thing is they don't do a KLX peg, but for $88 I'm thinking some pegs could be cut up and welded to suit. Maybe copy what they have to an extent.

I'd get a set of pegs, cut the mounts off, cut a 1/4" piece of steel bar stock of the appropriate width, then do a bit of "tack and test" until the right feel is there, then weld it up to stay. Same thing they're doing, but using bolt together. Don't think I'd want bolt together for off road use.

I'm with klx678, that design doesn't exactly give me the warm fuzzies..lol Depending on bolt tension to keep the pegs in place is asking a lot at my current fighting weight *grin

agree with you abramsgunner and klx678. Even if those were known to fit without modifications no way I would throw $100 for cheaply made chinese "alloy" footpegs.

So the link is not working? Do these lower or move back the pegs? I don't see a set for klx250s 2009?
