what's up FM? i know i said the same thing awhile back about getting together with you then i never did. as with everyone else, my work schedule is never consistent. i rode croom a few weeks ago and had a great time. i rode the holey lands at the broward/palm beach line on us27 yesterday and it was a waste - probably less than a mile of good, rocky trail, and the rest nothing but straight "flatistan" dirt roads. also got a warning from fwc officers for no orange flag. mullet, have you ever seen heading north on 95 just past glades, before yamato in boca on the east side of 95 that sugarsand area. my buddy and i rode in there in the morning and boca police said no more and gave us a tresspass warning. they'll be patrolling on atv's in the future he said. two warnings in one weekend is enough for me. anyway, i haven't lost your #, or your e-mail address, hope to be in touch before too long. you too djmurello. i do have a little spot with about 5 miles of trail in broward that i hit every other weekend if someone wants to get together. it would only be worth the trip if you were really trail desperate, but it's close for me.

Thanks for all the replies. I guess it's okay to let it run for a few seconds on it's side. I never had fuel run out. I think the Synthetic oil helps everything stay lubed & safe even on its side for a little bit.

Ya well also it depends on which side it lands on. the left would probably be a little harder on it than falling to the right and eg. bc the oil filter and pump is on the right side.

the reason most people try and get the bike upright fast is so that you don't flood the motor and end up sitting there for a bit try to restartit. at least that's what i've always thought. it's sorta a courtesy thing. i don't like to make guys wait for me or worsekeep goingcause they don't know i took a digger and have to turn around and come look for me. iget up and get going as fast as i can.....just my2cents
