Default How to jet my mikuni TM33???

I have a modified KLX250 with the stock cv carb jetted 130 main and 40 pilot, slide drilled with larger vacuum hole, no air box lid, stock filter, hole drilled through muffler. have a mikuni TM33 mm pumper to put into it and was wondering what i should do with the jetting. should i use the same jetting sizes, maybe just put the kehein jets from the cv into the mikuni? what do the expects think?? this carb cant be tilted in the tight frame, so I dont want to have to keep pulling it out to try jet sizes.

it's still a 250cc....the cv gas 130 and 40 as the pumper has a 125 and 42(not stock jets) stock jets for that are 127.5 and 37.5
