I don't know if it would help you, but I wrote down on a legal pad what I removed in order.

When I started to reassemble, I just looked at the list in reverse and made sure that I didn't miss anything.

It sucks to have something assembled and realize that you missed something and have to go back and do a 're do'.

When I did mine I spent about 2 hours making a custom piston pin puller. Then I removed one of the circlips and just pushed the pin out with my finger.

Here's a tip. Read all the relavent sections in the service manual through completely before you decide to do anything. If it all makes sense to you then proceed. If it doesn't ask your mechanic friend to clarify it for you. Then if it makes sense continue. Your first time take pictures at every step before disassembling and have exploded parts diagrams on hand. Get some zip lock baggies and and a box/tub and keep all the similar parts in the same baggie then label the baggie. For example keep the cams, cam tower caps, cap bolts, etc,and bolts together. It will make reassembly much easier.

Read up on all the 351 exchanges, take your time, don't do anything you don't understand, and you'll be fine.
thats why i call those "oh ****" clips, cause once they fly somewhere you say "oh ****"

1 more question! is it worth getting the tm33 bored out from bill also? I loved the pumper carb on my 06 450, when i went back to riding the klx it seemed like it took forever for the bike to rev up. any input on that?

I haven't tried the 351 with a pumper - I'm sure it's a great mod.. But I can say it works real well with the stock carb too.
