My KLX has aged me all by itself. You should see the grey hairs I have gained in the last month. I guess that may have something to do with my 4 year old and 1 year old. But I am looking forward to getting this back running and going ***** out on my daily commute to work. I would get the occassional look and wave but hopefully by next spring they may have a hard time catching up to me. My neighbors are going to be pissed when I leave for work at 6 in the morning.

So true. I have had a few bikes even one NEW 1981 suzuki 650. Now that the children are grown up I bought the bike I would love to have had when I was younger. I never had more than one bike until a couple years ago. Now I have a few. I rode a 1976 BMW R75/6 from 1990 to 2009 before I upgraded to a 2000 R1100RT. For the first time I did not have to sell the old one to help pay for the upgrade.

As far as the KLX, my 19 year old son could ride it if he wants to. He does not have a lot of interest. Nothing like me when I was that age.

The 351 kit makes the KLX the bike it should be. Pure fun!

I occasionally ride with a dude who is 61 and can leave just about everyone I know in the dust. He's an old enduro racer, he freakin rips!

Gives me high hopes that I have many more years of this ahead of me
