HMF Slip On Exhaust

RE: HMF Slip On Exhaust
Don,
What sort of weight difference is there between the two units - stock vs HMF?
I had pulled my exhaust off to gain access to the crankcase hose and that sucker is pretty heavy!
I know when I changed out the factory exhaust system on my ZRX1200, there was a huge difference in weight!

The wieght difference is approx 3.5lbs.
The end cap has three fasteners to install/remove the Quiet Core/Spark Arrester insert.
I'm running w/o air box lid.
Very easy install with a clamp provided
All the info for jetting can be found on the HMF site.

Well for me the HMF looks too big for the bike, I mean I'm not only a clean freak but I'm also an atheistic corrected to AESTHETIC LOL nut as well. But its not all about how things look, but also how it affects the wallet, so Kudos to you man. Here is a comparison of the two, and keep in mind this is only my opinion of how I feel about it, not meant to get a post war started.

From what I saw the HMF can is oval, not round like the Muzzy.
From the side, it looks a big larger. From the rear of the bike, it probably is thinner than the Muzzy. Of course, this is all from looking at photos.
How about some more photos Don?

Deej, I'm going to go out on a limb here and assume that you meant "AESTHETIC". If I'm wrong, then no offense intended, I just don't know what your religious choices have to do with performance exhausts. [sm=devilangel.gif]

Thx, Brian. I can't take a whole lot of credit. Deej served that one up pretty good.
Thankfully, from what I have gathered on his many posts, The Sir Deej can handle a little ribbing now and then. Even from a noobie - I hope.
