anyone do an HID kit on there bike? pics? suggestions?

I fitted a 6000K kit on mine, good improvement in my opinion.

 

I have the 6000K too. I think it will be a good improvement also.

 

Borischan, G19Tony, what year bikes do you have? Im not sure if my '06 has a replaceable bulb in the rectangular light.. Any thoughts?

$50 seems like a no brainer if it's twice as bright...

I have a 09 SF.

 

Mine is an '03, Japan model, same rectangular lamp. The kit is designed to replace a regular bulb, it came with adapters to suit different bulb types, H4/PH7/PH8, so it will (should) fit any bike with the same bulb type.

Mine cost 35 of your American bucks, bit closer to China here

 

Thanks Boris.. I do a bit of night riding on and off road and added light would be a nice thing. Does anyone know if these things put added strain on the electrical system?
