Well I'm back for a day, so I thought I would throw you all a few posts to keep up with my average. Heading to the MSF class tonight after work, the wife and 4 of her friends are taking the class, its a 2 full day class, so I guess I have to find something to do for a couple of days. There is a Motocross race on Sunday in the same town as the class, so I think Christian and I will head down there and check it out. Also since we don't have a theater in our town, I will probably be taking advantage of that. Mmmmmmmm Popcorn
I rode the bike to work today, since its another exceptional clear, blue sky, cool fall day, and it did take a few cranks to get it started, but it was nice to ride it again. Its only been a week since I rode it last but after riding almost every day to work for over 3 months, a week seems like forever. Had a blast hunting, didn't get close to anything but was still fun, I'll post a report with pics on Sunday night or Monday. Picked up my gun on the way back. I decided on the Ruger 44 Magnum Super Red Hawk with a 7 inch barrel. I also added a scope and 3 holsters and 4 boxes of shells. I got 2 shoulder holsters, one that will hold the gun by itself, and one with enough room for the gun and scope. And then a belt holster, but the gun is too big to wear on your hip and keep it completely covered. Man its nice to walk into a gun store and walk out without having to wait a week or 2 for the process. Its funny, the lady that watched the transaction had to walk outside with me and then hand me the gun, kind of like when they have to wheel you out in a wheel chair from the hospital. Well have fun, I'll be back Sunday night.
