When I said I'd like to have some jumps to mess around on, I was NOT referring to that flying trapeze circus contraption.

Because I have my own x-ray to remind me that I'm not 22 and invincible any more.



Not counting ribs, I've just had that one break and I don't have any hardware installed like you have. And I'd like to keep it that way.

 

yeah, I hear ya. Thats a nasty collar bone break there.

I actually have had more injuries than that of course...that's just two fo them. For starts I also broke both of my legs at the same time once, and another time I came up short on a new jump we just made once. Well, when I was in the dip of the jump I gave it that last little BRAAAP, when I did instead of getting "BRAAP", I got "BWWaaaaaa". Then I was like ''OH SH**!!" I went right into the back of it and the force of it was so strong I couldn't even hold my head up so it ripped my helemt up until the chin strap caught which is already partway off your head and my chin hit my Renthals....BENT THEM WITH MY FACE and put my entire bottom row of teeth out through my face right under my lip and shatter my upper teeth and it exploded the bottom part of my mouth from the force like a blown tire. The doctor was sticking his fingers through the holes to clean the bits of teeth out. Got 100 stitches that day. Never fell off the bike though. I rode it through.

No, all those vids are here in NC, local riding in my area, except Uwharrie which is a few hours west of me. The "sand box" is an hour or so south of me. The rest of the stuff is just a hair north and east of me.
