It's fine on the street. I wouldn't use it as a commuter, though, the miles would rack up pretty quickly and you'd be doing oil changes pretty frequently as a result and the suspension is stiff so it is not very comfortable for long distances. But as a dirt bike that sees street use for connecting trails or the occasional 100 mile jaunt down the highway, it's fine. But it is designed for off-road, and mainly just tolerates the pavement between patches of dirt. Which happens to be the perfect compromise for me!

I guess I should say that the things that make it not so great on the street turn out to be pretty nice virtues in the dirt, though. Ultimately I just want a dirt bike that is street legal and it does that job very well, so I'm happy with it.
