Default Hello from england

Just thought it was time i put up a post as i've been reading the forum for a while now andits time to contribute

My name is Simon and i live in England, my bike is a 93 klx250R i've owned it for about 3weeks now and it came with a traditional fork set-upthat had to go, so onto ebay andfound a older 93 kx250 rolling chassis and
re-engineered the front end to fit.
Added a vapor unit which is a great little unit, which i only found due to this forum (thanks).
Went out today for its first serious run, What fun i had, covered from head to foot in mud, a big bruise on my leg from where i didn't quite get that landing right and still smiling from ear to ear.
I'll post up as often as i can with pictures of the type of riding we do here in england as it seems to be a little different to what you guy do in the states, we spend most of our time in small wooded areas or on trails that run across moors or on what we call green lanes, which are old overgrow roads but still on the maps.

anyhow, love the forum an endless source of information and entertainment.

Simon L

heres some pictures of my bike (i hope)

what do mean different from us? that's is exactely how i would describe the type of riding i do in New England. minus the moors. we got hills unlike texas. no pigs though but we run across moose and the occasional bear. deer don 't count everyone has them.
