Personally I stay away from those "fat bars" because everything you do with them just costs more money...
You need different mounts on the triple clamps, different GPS mounts, etc, etc...
I like to stick with standard 7/8" aluminum bars with 1/2" cross bar for compatibility and because I'm cheap.

I thought since the CR high bends are 3.75 and then people add 1" risers that would put the KX .5" shorter so it would work okay.
btw....what measurement are the stockers?...2.75"H?
I appreciate the advice because I dont want to cause myself any grief doing this or waste any money buying the wrong size.
