guess im goin back in
to the carb that is, i believe i have to bump up my pilot jet to hopefully take care of this hanging rpm problem, my next question is while im in there should i bump up my main also, im running a 128 now with 2 shims on the needle and a stock pilot but im reading things on here that tell me guys are goin even bigger on the main like 132. what combos are workin for you and where can i get the p/n's. (by the way im running a fmf q4 slip on, kdx 200 snorkel, and vented crankcase also)

Remember that when someone says a main jet size they should also say if it is a dyno jet or stock jet as the sizes are different for each. A 132 dynojet is not the same diameter as a 132 keihn etc.

correct, im runnin a 128 keihn and stock pilot

Dyno jet stage 2 mods suggest removal of the air box lid altogether. The jetting your going to almost mirror those of the stage 2 mods. You might try it w/o the lid to see if there is any difference.

tried it, didnt help.

There's quite a lot of overlap with the jets and needle. Up your main jet to a #132, #135 or #138 (kehein) and stick with the stock #35 pilot. I'm currently on a #138 main and #38 pilot with the needle shimmed 1.5mm. Works well. My bike came stock (Brand new) with a #132 main and #35 pilot (kehein.) It ran fine with the stock pipe and OE filter with the airbox lid on. Some food for thought.
