He's been part of the problem in Washington since his election in 2004 yet people treat him as if he had nothing to do with federal spending. Name one time Obama has been for a budget cut other than with military spending in his entire political career including state and local.

That's absurd, budget defecits under Bush were in the 400 billion dollar range at their worst which was outrageous. That included supplemental appropriations for the war. Obama signed a 1 trillion dollar spending spree and bailed out more banks and auto makers and "cash for clunkers" which took the budget defecit to 1.85 trillion from 466 billion dollars after he signed the bills into law.

He now proposes even more spending with this insane government health care scheme when we're already borrow half of every dollar we spend. The only spending cuts Obama has ever supported are cuts to our military.

Oh yeah, did I mention...up yours?
Thats a well put together argument Jason. I see you took my recommendation to hit the return key to spread out your thoughts....very well done.

Lets see if you can do a paragraph next time, like I was showing you.

Sure I could but I would perfer to contibute to our GDP than be a leach....but shoot we need leaches...they do serve a purpose.

Reason I'm pizzed is simple, I just wrote a phat quarterly tax payment to Obama, my pad appraisal went down and yet my property taxes went up of and our local fire union want to hit the county with a surcharge so they can all get raises....they make over 100% more per person than they did in 2000....revolution I tell ya.

Plus I quit smokin.

FM- You should see how much my employer gets from state, local and federal govt. I gusee I'm a leech too. We're just employees and there's nothing we can do about spending. There has to be a will to change it from the people.

I would engage in my right to free speech about this debate, FM, but I don't want my name to end up on the gubment "snitch list." So much for free speech. It might even be funny if it wasn't true.

+1, good luck. I quit Sept 7, 1988. Haven't lit up since. The worst part is being around other people that still smoke - can't stand the smell of those things anymore.
