Default Got Out Riding to Shake off the Winter Blues

Went for a ride yesterday in So Jersey to help shake off the winter blues and took some pics. Considering my buddy and I were the ONLY ones out there, I'm thinking there waaaaaay to0 many folks sitting in front of their computer instead of RIDING!!

Got my trailer loaded (It was anippy28 degreesat that time but did warm up totheupper 30sby riding time which wasn't too terribly bad...)

(Date/Time Stamps appear to be off by a bit on the camera...)

Does anyone else tie down the back tire? I do to keep it from jumping the rail when the trailer is bouncing over bumps:

My folding left mirror is set down for off road use (I use the handlebar mirrors for trail riding so everything is compact, but like to fold up the bigger mirror for road use...)

With my moose fender pack installed and my air pump securely tied down inside I'm ready to rock!!

(NON-Technical 'RIDER' Note: -**ANY** aftermarket Mufflers used in combination with proper jetting and suggested carb and air box modes work really well to wake this bike up and get some extra pony's.....) NUFF SAID - READY TO RIDE !!!

Quick shameless pic of my front brake line guard mod:

My friend on his DRZ400 (with the thought bubble above his head....."WTF!?!?! Put the F'n camera away and let's ride!!!!")

That is a killer place to ride! I took the family out for a ride this weekend for the same reason. It was great but not as cold as your ride. Great pics!

[sm=goodidea.gif]Those tie downs have those loops built in? If so those are pretty trick & can't believe someone did not think of that sooner.

That gunk hole looks like a blast, jumps for every skill level , could spend all day in there.

Awesome! How do you fair against that DRZ? Not sure if this next question is technical or not...what's a "gunk hole?"[sm=interesting.gif]

I'm not sure, but I think it might be something that gets EMS pretty excited.
