Got a free dyno pull
23 whopping horsepower!!! 74 degrees and the BP was like 30.1. Great! Hopefully I win the award for the highest hp 250-300cc class, meaning that no one else shows up

Took home a trophy (R stock) from the dragstrip with my Rambler because of that once, a long long time ago.
Stands almost collapsed due to the crowd's laughter when I pulled up to line. Cost the same to run or watch; so I "ran".

No idea if it was corrected or what, but I think the dyno was at the wheel? Thats what other people were given. If so then I'm assuming uncorrected. It was a free dyno and not very specific we didn't get a slip or anything. just a computer screen

Where did you dyno and do you know what brand of dyno.
Dynojet dynos normally correct to SAE standard conditions (29.23 In Hg/77 degrees) so your actual and corrected wouldn't have been very different (and would have been corrected down if anything). Your 23 hp was rear wheel hp, for crank hp add ~15% (manufacturers advertise crank hp). I don't have any problem believing your bike w/ opened airbox, better exhaust, and smooth SF 17" rear tire would make 23hp. Nice job!
My mostly stock S made 20hp.
Obviously no two dynos read exactly the same but Dynojet dynos are usually pretty close.

1+ on what Dynobob said, I've seen stage two pulls with the same results. No two dyno's will read the same even with corrections many factors come into play so it isn't suprising. Stock the bike is 16-17 at the rear wheel. At stage two your 20-25% up from stock. Pretty good bang for the buck I'd say.

Yes it was a dynojet pull, I just added the temp and BP because I didn't know any better, I was excited for my first dyno pull and recorded everything, except for the actual event *slaps head* damit. and does tire tread have a real effect on hp off a dyno?

My seat of the pants dyno tells me that my Shinko 705s put down the power much better than my knobby D606s. But that's just how it feels, not sure there is any real difference.
I'd be interested in an answer to this too.
