Gorge Dual Sport Rally and got some bags!
Well, I went to the Dual Sport Rally in Washington with the arsenal (KLX, CX500, CT70)... it was a blast,. Actually it was 3 rallyies in one. WE did a good 200ish mile loop from Stevenson to Timberline lodge in Oregon and back, about 1/2+ was dirt to get there. Lots of funny stories about the big beemers dumping (man those bikes are huge and heavy). Anyway, the run was a "fun run". At each stop they asked to see rider protection, or first aid, or tire repair..etc... man, it pointed out I was NOT prepared.... anyway, that night I won at an auction a set of Great Loops MoJavi bags.... these things are AWESOME. I now carry all I need, and my gal can still ride on the back unobstructed.... well worth it... I just cannot fall because that would goon them up. Here are some pics...
(Ignore the rack. its an experiment... )

Hi,
I guest it's the MoJavi Saddlebag by Giant Loop.

It seems to allow enough space for a passenger, did you try?
What's your seat, corbin? Is it lower, same or higher than the stock one?

Yup, its the Mojavi
Yes, my wife and I rode about 100 miles with it, no problemo. various types of riding (pavement, dirt, easy trail)
The seat is higher and wider in the back, a tad lower in the front. I did not try riding double with stock. I cannot put the wife through that amount of pain.... but I believe the bags will be fine with stock, though. Its how they are positioned and contoured.
Yes the old butt Corbin allows me to do 200 mile loops without reshaping the hiney into a Kawasaki form. Someone on this forum sold it to me... and I thank him every time I ride ....
