Ziplock baggies are made to hold alot of things. Would those work?
How do the platypus bladders do with sharp sticks at 30 mph ??
I would HIGHLY reccomend riding your bike in internal combustion trim and leave the external combustion riding to the hard core guys.
No wonder Bill keeps his in his garage.

Talk to Bill yourself. He has taken them on many an Enduro ride. He rides in some pretty rough areas as well. As tough as they are (and they are very tough), I'd prefer something with a larger opening.
However, I hear about 'thrill seekers' who use 2 liter pepsi bottles which actually come much closer to your 'Ziplock bag' comparison....which would you prefer?
