Just don't use armorall on the seat! Been there done that fell off.[8D]

We use Simple Green mixed 50/50 with water. We use kerosene and a brush to clean the chain first. Then the Simple Green to clean the chain and the bike. Then WD40 on the chain after blowing the water off of it with compressed air. Then we lube the chain with Silkolene Pro Chain Lube.

I dunno if anyone has said it yet on this thread, but Mr. Clean Magic Eraser does absolute wonders on that stuborn imbeddedseat dirt. For the plastics, I use normal car soap, then go over that with the Magic Eraser. Makes the bike shine like new! really helps with the white plastics.

Heading out to get muddy on Sunday. I am experimenting with the WD40 douching to see if the cleanup will be easier. Deej ... tahuya sunday... B there. aloha....

yea i have herd wd40 and tide... havent tried either of them.... I have herd that alot of people use wd40 to clean thier chain then use normal lube to lube it after using wd40 to clean it....
WD40 has a million uses. Another one is to spray the *underside* of your fenders with the stuff before a mud ride/race. It helps to keep the mud from sticking so it falls off and doesn't add so much extra weight to the bike. Pam cooking spray supposedly works for this, too.
