Default givin a kx 250 a run for its money?

im just wondering what i would have to do to my 03 klx 300r to give my buddies 05 kx 250 a run for its money? i already have full exhaust k&n airfilter dyno jet kit iridium spark plug... i was thinking of going with some performance cams... im not even sure if im going to do it but i want to know whats involved...

you can get a real bike with some power...any Kawi with ZX in the name

haha i was hoping that there was a grain of hope... but i guess not i was actually considdering trading for a kx or rm 250f but i like the fact i can licence my klx for the road... what is it that makes the kx 250f so much more powerfull?

byt the way i made a mistake in my first post and title i ment to say 250f its the fourstroke my buddy has...

The race will have to be on tight, rocky, rooty singletrack. You will need to out ride him, not out power him.

+1 on that thought. I was all over my mate on my KX125 and he had trouble staying with me most of the time. HE was riding a KX 250!

09 husaberg 570... That'll just about do it! Then I am pretty sure you can have your cake and eat it too.. Should be pretty easy to street it from the showroom.
