Default Getting cooler....

There was a good layer of frost on the windshield of my car this morning. My hands were near froze a mile into my 15 mile commute to class. I stopped by the place and picked up some snow mobile gloves and hand guards. I totally dug the ride in. Today was my first longer ride since getting it lowered. I am so much more comfortable with the stature of my bike compared to what it was. Over the winter I will be ordering a larger tank so I've got greater range.
I have a few if my friends mad at me now because their husbands want my bike.....

80's daytime, 50's night time...

Glad you like the new lowered setup.

BTW - I use my snowmobile gear when riding my bike in cooler temps. See if you can find a snowmobile (double pane) face shield for your helmet, and say goodbye to fogging... well, down to about -15F, that is. I swap back to my double shield when the temps start to drop. I also use the same helmet for sledding in the winter.

We've had overnight lows in the 20's the last couple of days. Chilly.

Grip heaters are more than worth the cost. I have a couple pair of the cheap ones form Enduro engineering and don't think I will ever give them up.

LOL!...yeah, Ron...I think we had your AZ weather here in Texas this summer. While we have pretty hot summers, this one was a doozy. Yesterday a cool front moved through, and the high was 78. It's getting better.

I love the heat. Hotter the better. I'd rather sweat my butt off than freeze it. The weather seems to be gettin weirder and weirder or worse and worse. Of course Im in KS and you never know what its gonna do.
