Exceptions to every rule, but being a fellow Pennsylvanian you are smarter than most!

Where is that Alleghany National Forest? Wish I was closer to the natl forest, camped there a good bit at Loleta. We ride in the Tioga State Forest alot, not many good trails if you ride legal, which we always do, sometimes .

That picture was taken at the Rocky Gap ATV trail in the ANF. Good times for sure!

EMS's KLX is in the middle, and mine is on the left, but it's almost unrecognizable compared to what it looks like now.

I ride around Loleta and Marienville all the time, both the ATV trails and the forest roads. That whole area is very nice.

I guess it really matters where you ride. A bike with gobs of travel will be great on trails that you can go 50-60 miles an hour. My WR was awesome as long as I could ride it fast. It sucked on the slow tight stuff. Most trails around here are steep and twisty (more like a Deer or Elk trail), you’re lucky to average 5-10 miles an hour. Most trails with switch backs are tricky. You almost come to a stop to be able to make the turn. If not it is a long way down over the edge. Try riding your bike as “Slow” as you can. Even in a straight line. A bike with lower Center of gravity will be much easier to ride slow. I use to be all about suspension travel, that’s why I bought the WR. Now for me I would rather have my center of gravity closer to the ground. Maybe it is because I am getting old. I am over 40 and like the 09+.
