yeah, they did the same exact thing to me. only, i left messages on their toll free phone and didn't hear a thing back from them. ten days went by after i ordered and nothing came to my house. i didn't know they were on backorder until i called the local long distance number which some loser, forgot his name, answered real un-professional-like and told me i shoud have gotten an email, but of course i hadn't. i cancelled my order and ordered a sprocket for an XR650L which fits our bikes from Denniskirk.com and had it the next day shipped for $20 and change. no spacers needed and plenty in stock. check them out if you want it now. sprocketcenter.com imo, is a joke.
