Default full fmf system fit?

I finally got all my stuff to put on my bike today, so I did it all this evening...question is....am I the only one here that fought with the power bomb header/fmf q4 combination to get it to fit ? The slip on came with a spacer to use behind the front subframe mount, but I could notg even begin to get it to fit right! I left the two bolts on the front flange very loose so as I twisted both halves of the system I could get them to fit and clear everywhere, but the system was having none of it....lol I ended up bending the small 1/8th inch or so rod that is behind the right passenger footpeg out over an inch so I could even get the slip on to come close to fitting! Oh well, all better now! have fun and ride safe everyone! scott

You should get at least 300 miles on your bike before doing anything.

I saw a couple of other guys on the site that had some problems fitting the Q4/Powerbomb set up on their bike.

heh 300 miles? I'd sell it first! this thing needs more power....nice little bike, but definately underpowered. I am about to order bill blues 351 kit and that should be in by next week...then I think we will be getting somewhere. BTW, sbombard15 there is at least one dealer selling these bikes brand new already outfitted with the bill blue 351 cc kit and the mods I have done.

I took mr.trusty hammer and used the claw to bend the passenger footrest bracket out of the way, the only way I could get it to fit.
