Thanks Mav for the correction - how did I miss those important steps!?

I thought I remembered reading somewhere that Deej doesn’t drink (or was that Brian - Nobrakes). Didn't want to make it even more difficult by including intoxication into the mix.

Tell you what, it's nearly 4pm here, Friday afternoon, and I really go one at the moment. Taking the bike out tomorrow for the first time since I've had the forks re-sprung. STAY TUNED!

I hate beer, but I don't think I shared that with anyone here, but maybe. However set a Gin & Tonic in front of me on a hot day and watch it disappear.

That was me. Someone offered beer in exchange for a 300cc install. While I'll decline the beer, you can load me up with coffee and expresso and I'll work all night. And it's not that I don't like beer - I love a good stout. I guess I'm just at that age where the negatives begin to outweigh the positives, so drinking just doesn't have the appeal it once did.

Actually, this morning I was looking a little closer at the parts diagrams...
It turns out there IS a fuel filter in the tank and it has the same (major) part number as the one in the CARB diagram...

Look at the fuel tank diagram in the first post. Part #49019 and 49019A are labelled as "Filter-fuel-RES" and "Filter-fuel-ON" respectively.
Kawi parts diagrams site

Then in the carb picture, that same part number is shown for the itty bitty filter in the carb.
Actually they are all slightly different numbers at the end.

49019-1097 = Carb filter
49019-1077 = tank ON filter
49019-1057 = tank RES filter
