YYY,
Fab up a bunch of them. If you do both the front and rear I know I'd give you some bucks for them. Keep the money within the brotherhood.

That hack job ... I mean "fab job" should be pretty easy for anyone with a hacksaw and a drill. Here's a photo of the 2nd generation model, but it takes quite a bit more effort:
I'd consider selling them if I could figure out a way to automate the manufacturing process. Suggestions are always welcome!!!

Man, that looks good yyy.guy. I'd say contact a local sheet metal shop. I bet they can give you could advice on making up a few dozen sets.

YYY.guy, aren't you glad that we are pressuring you into this? Who said peer pressure was a bad thing? I figure if it can get kids to start smoking, drinking and having sex then we should at least be able to use it to get you to make us a danged brake line guard.
We can even call it the YYY.guard. What do you think?

Looks like "Kindorf", ordid you add the holes for drainage/clogs?
1 1/2" x 1 1/2" Aluminum angle from Home Depot should do the same thing, except for the 90 degree bend with the weld. I will post photos if successful.
