Default Front Forks

Do I need to equalize the air pressure in the front forks before making compression damping adjustment?

yes.... there is a brass screw on each tube top take it out and it will release any pressure....

That's something that should be done periodically. But you have to get the front wheel off the ground. Any time I have the bike on the stand I open them up so they can equalize.

common sense...... but i didnt mention it.. put them back in when the pressure equalizes...... DONT LEAVE THEM OUT........
