Front Brake Line Movement - HELP NEEDED PRETTY QUICK

RE: Front Brake Line Movement - HELP NEEDED PRETTY QUICK
Roger that. This one definitely falls into the "over my head" category. Now that I have a better idea of what is going on, my challenge is just to find the right combination of handlebar position and brake line positioning that will be the least obtrusive. I was just worried that I had somehow screwed something up. It sounds like you would have to actually try to do that in order to do any serious damage up there.
Thanks again,
Chris

On a related note, has anyone shortened their brakeline for this or any other reason? I would imagine that it is just a matter of draining the brake fluid and then cutting the line then refilling the brake fluid. Is there anything more to it than that?
Thanks,
Chris

The brake line is made to lift and drop depending on the fork tension. I have seen mine do that when shifting and getting on the rpm's and braking, its just the design of the thing.

RE: Front Brake Line Movement - HELP NEEDED PRETTY QUICK
I am starting to see that I was overreacting. It's just a little unnerving when it starts moving. I had never noticed it much before. It was particularly strange because it does it when I pull the clutch, not the brake so much. I guess I was letting the front fork drop a little while shifting under acceleration.
Knowledge is a good thing. I feel better now.
Thanks,
Chris
