I agree with the others. Sounds way too rich...

You have so many threads started and way to many things going on at one time that I almost cannot keep track of your project.

Sorry, just trying to get this 351 kit going right and get the jetting right. The bike it still running a little bit rich I believe with the 132 dyno main jet and dyno needle with the shim 4th from the top and two washers on top.

Try the clip in the 3rd groove from the top.
kawasaki p/n 019-511 N424-25-038 #38 pilot jet, p/n 029-512 N424-25-040 #40 pilot jet.
Go with the bigger 38 pilot jet, get the fuel screw around 1.5 turns out. Adjust from there. Sounds lean on the low end. Rich on top, use the 128 main.
Check the cylinder head exhaust port & copper gasket I.D. Then grind out the weld bead inside the exhaust header flange (where it meets the cyl head) to the same i.d. as the copper exhaust gasket. Every little bit helps

Well, after reading my post again, I may have sounded a bit harsh, but trust me that was not my intent. Because of your many threads that you have started, I have learned many things. So please don't take my previous post as any disrespect.
