Nah, it's the forum, not your ISP... We all get that from time to time... You try to submit a post and it hangs. Next time it works. I've learned to make a copy (to the clipboard) of what I just entered, because it happens so frequently.
I'm sure it has to do with the forum. But the ISP also definitely has something to do with it. I can sit at Panera bread for hours posting messages without having even one lag on my laptop. Once I get home, and start posting, I get major lag.And at my work I can't think of even one time the forum has lagged at my work's Internet connection. I would assume the forum server must have compatibility issues with certain ISP's.

does panera bread and your work have fios (fiber optic service)? i work for the "big" telephone company and its speed is untouchable, 15 meg max you could run a commodore64 or a tandy1000 like a raped ape if they dont have fios then they have a T1 line going in or have service from the cable co.
