On another related note, It's supposed to be in the 90's this weekend, that means you better bring water for the poker run Tony and Scott.

RE: Forks Washington
Hey what's a good drink besides water to take on a ride? I was thinking some sort of sports drink, something that will put back in what we are going to loose. Any thoughts? I really don't like the taste of Gatorade or most sports drinks, but if it would be better then maybe....Also can you put ice in the Camel back, or is it a waste of time?

Deej, They make an insulator for the CamelBack bladder. I bought one for my 100oz bladder, and it works great. The ice will last way longer. The insulator is the same size/shape as the bladder, and the bladder just slides into it. I think I paid around $30 for it. As far as energy drinks go, if you don't like Gatorade, Allsport, or any of the other drinks, you can just buy an elctrolyte supplement. You can get them in pill form, oral tablet form, or tablets that you drop into your water. As long as you have water and replace the elctrolytes, you should be golden.
