Fork rebuild questions

Thank you sir, what height would be best for a slkichtly stiffer fork without blowing out the seals?

It's done, thanks for the input. I used a PVC coupling cut in half to tap the seal in place and it worked perfectly. Lots of youtube videos making it seem more complicated than it is.
