I got the Acerbis Ralley Pro's and they fit with a little effort on my part. I put on ProTaper "SE" KX High bars at the same time.

Left the handle bar end plug out about a 1/2 inch to clear the factory levers (this puts all the knurling inside the bar and leave a smooth shaft on the end of the handle bar). Everything has to be moved around and adusted so it fit and didn'tbind. The Master Cylinder was easy but, getting the throttle cables where they didn't bind was a little tough. With the KX High bars and extra width (I didn't trim them) you are at the extreme range of what the factory throttle cable will take) expect to spend a little time playing with the cable placement to get to work.

Now, if I could just get that infernal front brake line out of my field of view for the odometer. [:@]

The factory Acerbis Ralley Pro's flow a lot of air over your hands so, keep that in mind in colder rides. The aluminum bars in them are pretty long too which is part of the reason I didn't mount them flush with the handle bar ends.

Hey Craig, how did you get the Vortex boot on? I couldn't get mine to stretch around it when it wasn't on the bike, let alone mounted.

I banged-up my right guard at the beginning of winter and they only sell them in pairs over here...OUCH! I had better fall to the left if I ever have to lay it down again[8D]

When I bust mine i'll get the zeta ones. the blinkers on those are just useless. I gotta get teh wiring figured so that they dont blink so fast. I know theres a little module that you can hook up that gives you different patterns, but i just want one.

tremor what bars do you have those mounted on? I think i have the same bars.

red what front fender is that? Its sick.

Mine are Renthal rider bars..Carmichael Bend.

Why do you call theLED signals'useless' when you don't have the proper flasher for them?
You can buy asolid state flasher to slow down the blink rate.Youreplace your stock flasher under the seatwithit. Itoperates all ofyoursignals, stockand/or LED,so if you ever want to replace your rear sigs with LEDs it will be no problem.Below is a pic and link toa flasherthat Custom Dynamics sells for about $20.00. Even if it doesn't plug straight-in there are only two wires to hook up.

LINK to flasher:

http://customdynamics.com/trick_flasher.htm

The other way is to use a load resistor set, but they are wastful and you have to splice them into the signal wires at the front of the bike. They generate heat, so I wouldn't trust them in the long run. I you replace your rears with LEDs, then you would need ANOTHER resistor pack in the back.Too much BS for me.
