In the fold :)
Picked up the KLX250 on
Thursday...so far a wonderul 40 miles on the bike.
Installed the Pelican Case with the Adel clamps on Friday.
Talked to the dealer about the 4000 rpm warning sticker. He said to ignor it and ride the bike, that Kaw has been putting that sticker on all bikes since time begain.
This bike is just plain fun, this coming from an XR650L...the weight is the key to the liveliness and manuverability.
Will be a while before another ride can be had, currently 25knot wind, 18F, and 3 inches of snow out...but am taking the bike to Florida in 2 weeks hoping for good weather and long rides.

RE: In the fold :)
Thanks!
I'll post a pic when i get back from Florida, luckily will be there almost 3 weeks, leave next Thursday, gotta be better weather than here, now 5 inches of snow and 27F with snow forecast next 6 days
I have a solution to the gas storage issue, will also post pics of that when I return, its only 1 gallon but the seat will bear the majority of the weight, the rack will only stabilize side to side movement, have already obtained the neoprene to cover it with....more to follow.
