Default FMF Powercore on AUS models

Hi, I got powercore muffler for AUS model and wondering what kind of jets should I use? As I understand aus models have headers from 300 models and it means that jetting should be different from US models. Any clue?

IIRC the 300 header is the same diameter, just longer (or shorter, can't remember) so jetting should be about the same.

Well i'm using a 128 DynoJet main with my stock muffler and header (though this may change as i mod my stock can) and it seems to be spot on currently at 1200 ft.

My bike came with a 118 keihin jet stock. Jet sizes vary among the different makes so a direct comparison without a chart is impossible.

IIRC keihin uses actual diameter while mikuni and DJ use flow rating, or the other way around. My alcohol soaked brain can't remember exactly right now.

Point is though to compare your bike setup with other bikes at close to the same elevation using the same manufacture of jet sizes for a starting point.

OEM #38 pilot jet and #128 Dynojet main jet. If you want to use an OEM main jet go with a #138. You'll also have to raise the needle a bit with a few washers as shims if using the stock needle. If using a Dynojet needle follow their instructions.

I had a PowerCore4 slip-on pipe on my 2010 Aus model KLX using the Dynojet kit before I put the FCR carb on. It worked nicely.

By the way, was mesh removed and holes sealed on your setup?
