Well im happy to say I got it on good, I bent out that triangle metal piece and loosened the header bolts and got it on. Thanks for the help. I also went into the carb and set my needle jet to the third clip and it seems to run great and sound awesome. Now if the snow would go away I could give it a good run.....im pumped to try it out

I put on my fmf powerbomb and powercore 4 2 days Ago. Bent the triangle out and the 2 bolts on my 2009 lined up fine. I have a video and will post it later. I used hi temp silicone and a new crush washer on the header fitting. The gauge of the stock header is way different from the powercore 4. If I hadn't bought both, woulda been sol. Rode it to work twice this week. Sounds great. Rejetting stage 2 tomorrow and put on led edge lights today. Ran a little lean with no jet adjust. Got a kdx200 snorkel for post jet running. Will update Monday when complete.

Nice vid. I like how at the end you accurately pointed out the next steps you're going to take.
I'm wondering though if the rear mounting bolt for the muffler should have a washer under the bolt head. Bolt head looks almost the same size as the hole it's going into.

Great point about the washer. I think I will home depot that this afternoon.
I am living in my RV full time traveling the USA. My bike is tagged in Va but my house is a rollin fun unit!
Next mod vid will be up by Monday with my rejet effort. I hope it goes well, and if not I will catalog the hurdles/challenges.

All things going well that will be in my future (sub "Canada" for "USA"), although winters may be south of the 49th, waaay south.
