Who are you folks talking to at FMF (not that I could help) With me, everything was above board.....I thought for sure that there would be some delays in getting the bike back from them, but everything was delivered as planned. I am awuful sorry that this is happening to you guys and I feel somewhat responsible for this because I posted my positive comments regarding FMF on the forum.

 

myself i was just talking to customer service. pretty nice guy, probably getting tired of me calling though [8D]I hope i get both shipped to me after hearing all this.

Still, it will be faster than the muzzy....i havent heard anything back from those guys yet. pretty dissappointed with them.

 

I hope they get it out to you soon!..........Its an awesome pipe. I rode a little Sunday and took the bike up a local (pavment) hill that is damm near 80 degrees (there is a few steep ones here in L.A.) and it pulled hard!!! no need to downshift..ran real sweet!

 

I just got an email from Joey at FMF (thanks for the connection mole!) and he said the Q4 is on backorderHe's hoping I'll get it in a week and a half. At least I got a real answer. Last guy told me they were just sitting there. Oh well the wait will be worth it I'm sure.

 

Muzzy, yep very dissapoited, I have been waiting since July 5....still nothing, just the old runaround.

 

So they finally called me saying its ready to be shipped and just want to make sure i still wanted it (the muzzy). The FMF is also supposed to be shipped right away too, so they'll get here around the same time....decisions decisions

 

Hey on the fmf is that whole exhaust or just the header being shipped? Did they email you with the tracking #? just wondering due to my header is coming today and I'm waiting on the muffler.

 

actually i'm not sure anything has been shipped yet. the fellow mole directed me to just told me it was on back order and should ship any day. said it should be about a week and a half (this was thursday i think) before i get it. i dont know if i should tell muzzy to take a hike out of spite or what. i'll let you know as soon as i hear something solid from FMF

 

did muzzy call you and sat it was ready to be shipped? ManI have been waiting so long, last week i recieved another mail saying it should be dispatched by end of this week (aug10). If i had two pipes on order for this period of time i would buy the one that was ready first. ....this muzzy better be worth the wait!

 

yeah he called me and left a message (i was out of town so i didnt get it until after hours) so i just called him moments ago and he said its ready to go out the door today and wanted to just confirm i wanted it still. It will be here in 3 or 4 days max he said. I'm not sure I'm going to keep it because i really like the looks of the FMF, plus the reputation they have but I figured I'll get it anyway and compare when they get here. I'm pretty sure i could sell the muzzy quite easily.

PS ordered mine June 13th.....i agree the wait best be worth it.
