Default Fixed a Flat

BP88 and I went for a ride today. It was a relatively short one though.
I got a Flat.

I'll do the Slide show version. It was not too bad. I only used the 3 spoons to remove the tire. But The Ultra Heavy Duty Tube was freakin" thick!

The hardest part was getting the value stem into the hole.

I remembered the TransWorld Dude saying that if you are struggling you are doing it wrong ans you need to chnage your technique. Those are good words of advice. It really is not that hard to do.

A good cheat is to use the clamps to squeeze the opposite side of the tire to keep in off the bead and downinside the center. But with the Tractor Weight Ultra Mondo Duty Tube it needed a little extra encouragement.

I dont think my Tire and rim have been this clean since I bought it

Chain is re-tensioned properly too

Did you install your rimlock, too? Anyways, good job! Now we can go riding again.

Oh, and when are we going to create a ramp on your lawn that launches us onto the street below?

Yep. That was easier to deal with that the Valve Stem.
