First ride report!
Since today was a break from the rain we've been having I decided to go for a ride and bring my camera along. Here's some pics I took of where I ride:
This is a dam that regulates water for the creek that travels through my neighborhood.
That's to measure the water height, sometimes the water rises right to the top, and they have to open that dam.
I'm glad I got some pictures, I'm pretty sure in a few years they are going to expand housing developement. It already started in that area but I guess the terrain is slowing them down.

Looks like a real nice area, too bad it will be subdivisions soon. I've found that the eco-***** fight tooth and nail to keep bikes from making a few trails in an area, but they roll over and play dead once the bulldozers come through to raze it down to the bedrock. Go figure. Doesn't make a whole lot of sense, does it?

NIce pic's makes me want to go riding!!! Well we have a few good weeks to get out there but now we are under a winter storm watch now!!!!!! Hey gwalleye what part of ny you from? I am up north in h2o town...

Watertown, eh. I'm in Rochester.. not many places to ride around here but I have a few spots I'm looking to check out soon.
