Default First mistake on the bike

For most that said it will happen, everybody does it, just a matter of time. It happend to me, I dropped my KLX. Luckly it was on loose top soil sand. And all it screwed up was my left mirror went out wack. I was at a dead still, getting ready to trail ride a little bit. Looked down, and down I go with the bike. Fortunely I was able to hit the kill switch and cushin the bike fall a little to softly layingit onthe ground. Fortunely the KLX does not weigh much, and was easily lifted back on its tires.

Had some fun for the rest of the ride. Got stuck twice, one was digging a hold in a ditch, the other one was high centered going up a rocky surface.

First time I dropped my KLX it broke off the left hand guard. I was crushed!

First time I dropped my KTM, it tipped off the stand on the driveway and broke off the front brake lever "****". I was like, pfft, it's fine.

I dumped mine at about 40kmh less than 2 weeks after I bought it. Snapped the brake lever and scratched my plastics. Blind corners on logging roads can be treacherous sometimes at high speedsand besides if you don't fall off once in a while you're not going fast enough (thats my attitude anyway).

"Not going fast enough" . What do think the KLX is? A dirt speed bike. My goal is to stay on the bike at speed. Just kind of dumb-founded that I fell at a dead stop.

The first time I dropped the KLX was on at a dead stop too. I took a breather on a tough trail and I went to put my right foot down and realized that it was about a foot lower than the left side. [&:]

Looks like that chain needs some oil, too.
