I love the mud but it is rare... as rain is rare here.
But I can see mud overload in the photos.
Looks like you all had FUN!!!

There was a muddy hill near the end that had a log in the middle of it. I went fast, leaned back, and hopped the front over the log. The back end got hung up on the log though and slammed me on the ground. That's how my bars got bent. Once people helped me get the bike up, they looked at the downed tree and simply moved it off the trail! haha. I was the last person to go over that tree.

The other bent parts? I have no idea. The week before I took it to some motocross tracks and beat the crap out of it. I need much better fork springs and a better shock that won't bottom out. I guess this KLX forum is the place to look for info on that!

This one is my favorite though. LOL
Me on my trusty klx
Yes that was me at the start of the ride.

I was surprised at the sound testing. I was at 89db with a stock pipe at 3500 rpm. Did they have us rev too high? How did they test bikes with no tach? Just rev it up until it comes just below 100db? haha.

Matt I didn't realize that was you that went down on that long hill. I made it up but then backtracked to see what happened to my riding buddy carl, and found you all discussing the tree crash.

Yeah, interesting sound check. Our bike wasn't listed in the book they were using to run up the rpms for the sound check. They had me run mine at 5200rpm and it hit 97db, they discussed it and then told me to run it at 3500rpm for a 92db reading. Your right about the bikes without tach's, they were surprised that mine had a tach. Not sure how they did it on the bikes without.

Well, yesterday I finally got around to cleaning the mud off my bike. I started with a small garden trowel to dig off the gobs of mud. Digging one clump off the front of the skid plat I found an earth worm!! LOL

Made quite a mess in the yard too. I'll have to scoop it up with a shovel.
