Unfortunately I'm not. I bought Bill Blue's custom carb, so it came rejetted already, but I believe the package said pilot was 40, main was 140....Not too sure since I took it to the shop he works out of to get it dynoed. I remember reading and getting confirmation on here that you go up one size on the pilot? and two sizes on the main?? I'll have to double check, but I think that's what it was.

I figured steel sleeve technology was about as tried and true as the design of our modern-day KLX300 motor!
Keep us up to date on your progress!

Yup the Nikasil is what sold me along with the wossner piston.
please nobody get me wrong. There is nothing wrong with a sleeved cylinder or JE pistons. I work at a engine machine shop and have sleeved many engines. I have also built many high hp car engines and used JE pistons. I just know the very slight disadvantages and advantages of both cylinders. The wossner pistons are just beautiful and coated.
will do on my progress TC.

LemonRX, not sure if you posted it anywhere else, but if you're running the stock carb on the 351, what jetting did you end up with after the big bore dyno session?
Klxster, do you know if the 144 main transfers over to the 351? Just received my jets from DJ as per your recommendation. Now ordering the big bore. I'm just wondering what setup to use.

I do not know how to properly fuel a 351 with the stock CVK34. I can only render opinions on the subject. As far as I know, no one has ever posted findings of a "dyno created" proper fueling curve for a 351. So, IMO, it is possible that 351's are being fueled incorrectly from "forum hand me downs" or "follow the herd" fueling setups.
The issue is a debate on whether or not the increase in vacuum signaling can elicit significant increases in fuel flow from a given main jet. My position is that only minor increases in fuel flow result from the increased signalling - that jets, ports, and internal circuitry all have a max flow rate that does not increase significantly from additional "draw". So, IMO, a good bet is that the DJ144/2N lidless recipe would be appropriate - possibly unleashing more power than has ever been seen before.
I could be wrong - but if I am right, the owner that tries it could get as big a surprise as those that go "lidless recipe"with their stockbores.

EDIT: WOW! Just got the email confirmation overnight saying my parts were shipped, and I got a tracking number too!
Good for you, let us know how it goes!
