Out of curiosity what else is needed to convert an S to an SF and vice versa?
Wheels
Brakes
Front fender
Suspension tuning or do the entire tubes need to be swapped?

I have a set of both for mine. Running the s suspension and just end up swapping the chain, front caliper bracket and wheels. takes all of 20 minutes

I do have to tweak the rear rebound setting, compression is the same for both setups. And raise the forks a little with the SF wheels
